Sarah Jessica Parker was recently seen in New York wearing shirts in support of various charities and organizations.
Sarah Jessica Parker is already known for donning outrageously glamorous headpieces and teaching us all how to properly wrap a blanket scarf---and now, the actress, shoe designer, and philanthropist is using her street style prowess to remind us to give back to others.
Never shy about making her opinions known, the former Sex and the City star was seen in New York's SoHo neighborhood this morning sporting a "Happy Oceans, Happy Life" sweatshirt in support of G-Star and Bionic Yarn's collaboration with Parley for the Oceans, an organization committed to raising awareness about our oceans' vitality. In keeping with her traditional SJP style, Parker paired the graphic with relaxed-fit boyfriend jeans and comfortable slip-on flats.
This isn't the UNICEF ambassador's first dive into charity-approved apparel. She recently wore a tee in celebration of MTA's Music Under New York, a program that cultivates live music across New York's underground subway system. Parker also threw on Michael Kors's 'Watch Hunger Stop' shirt (once again with perfectly-fitted denim and a green hooded jacket). That campaign, which Kors promotes annually, honors World Food Day (October 16) and highlights the designer's and the United Nations World Food Programme's efforts to fight hunger globally.
We can't wait to see which program Parker backs next.
